I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be coming back. The mattress was poor, and the room was dark and not very clean. Parking was extremely narrow and dark as well. Breakfast cost 10€, but included just one hot drink and one croissant. When I asked for more coffee, I was told there'd be an extra charge. The complimentary water bottle in my room wasn't sealed, and the breakfast staff weren't very friendly. There were also signs around the hotel warning that you'd be charged for pretty much every little thing.

Pet-friendly, clean throughout, and the rooms looked almost new. The staff were friendly and the location was good, though it’s quite far from downtown Milano despite the name “Ferrari Hotel Milano.” Parking costs $5 per night. My main issue was the schedule: check-in at 5pm and checkout at 10am weren’t convenient. Still, it was a good stay.

The rooms were clean and nice, but breakfast was barely provided. We paid for it, and the paper at reception and in the room said it was available on Sunday, yet there was no breakfast that day.

I arrived at 5:10pm, but the hotel was closed, even though my LastMinute.com booking, the online check-in I completed the day before, and a confirmation from the hotel all said check-in started at 5pm. After calling the numbers on the door several times, I finally got through and was told they open at 6pm and I’d have to wait for them to arrive. How can this be a three-star hotel? Stay away, that’s all I can say.

The room was okay, but this is a very basic hotel, and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. There was just one choice of stale, industrial salt bread, while everything else was sweet. When I raised it with the manager, she sent me to speak to the restaurant manager because breakfast is supplied through a partnership with another company. What the f...? My contract was with the hotel, so why should I have to deal with another company? Ferrari, never again.
