GaiaChiara Resort

The food and service both made a great impression on our guests at my son's First Communion. The farmhouse is beautiful, with large rooms and an elegant pool, and the surrounding greenery is kept in lovely condition. We also thought the price was excellent for the quality. Gaia Chiara Resort was a wonderful place for our celebration, and I highly recommend it for events.

We picked this resort for a weekend away partly because it has rooms for five and six people, which is rare in Italy. My husband, our three children and I had a pool-view room, with the Reggia visible in the distance. The room had two spacious areas, tasteful furnishings, and a clean, comfortable, well-organized bathroom, complete with slippers. The whole property felt understated but elegant, with everything well cared for and gardens full of places to sit. At night, I almost felt like I was in a castle. The pool was gorgeous and immaculately kept, and there was a play area for children too. Mr. Gianni and his staff welcomed us warmly and professionally. I’d definitely recommend it for relaxing, and the Reggia is only a few kilometers away.

The rooms and lounges were beautiful, and we were welcomed so well. This peaceful oasis is only steps from the center of Caserta, surrounded by greenery and maintained with care down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend a visit to see its remarkable beauty.

Everything was well presented, from the varied dessert buffet to the beautifully arranged fruit. The dishes looked very refined, and the outdoor areas were clean and well kept. The rustic shabby-chic setting had creative lanterns and crates. Our ceremony went very well. On arrival, we were offered lemonade, peach tea, or green apple drinks. The opening buffet had plenty to choose from: cured meats, cheeses, rustici, roast meat, olive bread, walnuts, cooked ham, fried foods, eggplant, chili peppers, and more. The seafood appetizer was fresh. The first course was good, and the second was even better, with zucchini flowers. The black Caserta beef was tender, the breadcrumb-coated potatoes were delicious, and the escarole was excellently prepared. The 2017 Falanghina, white or red, was excellent too. Service was quick and attentive, and the manager stayed present throughout. The bathroom was clean. My only wish is that the first buffet had been served so everyone could taste everything.
