The apartment at Rezidenca Nikol was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Shops and restaurants are close by, and it was convenient for exploring Casale Monferrato, while still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. Armando was attentive and welcoming, communication was easy, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. He made us feel at home throughout. Our kids loved playing every day with the cat Armando owns when we came back. The cat wasn't inside the apartment, it just stayed by our stairs during the day. We also found out our host runs the Pizzeria next door, and the pizzas were the best we'd ever had, freshly baked. The place is cosy, practical, and very well cared for. We'd happily stay again. Thanks to the best host and his hardworking staff! ❤️

You sleep well here, it's quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with all the equipment you need. In winter, the heated floors make the house especially warm. It's pretty much downtown, just steps from shops and the supermarket, and very close to Via Roma. The owner is kind, and there's a friendly cat in the courtyard. I recommend it.

You feel right at home in this beautifully renovated 19th-century mini-apartment. It's centrally located, has new furnishings, and is equipped with everything you need, whether you stay one day or 365. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

I've stayed here several times for personal reasons. It's a 19th-century building renovated with modern technology, and the value for money is excellent.
