The staff were courteous and professional, and communication was excellent. They sent me all the information I needed on WhatsApp and checked that I'd arrived without problems. The place is in a very nice location, well furnished and functional, with impeccable cleaning. Even for a one-night stay, the kitchen had everything needed, plus coffee capsules, tea, and water. I highly recommend it if you're staying in Casalecchio.

Sandra was very kind and helpful, and my small dog was welcome too. The apartment is in a quiet residential area away from traffic, just steps from Unipol Arena. You can get there on foot along pedestrian-only streets, without crossing the busy main roads nearby. It's a delightful little place with all the comforts to feel at home, including the little things you might not expect. Wi-Fi and two smart TVs are provided.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. You can walk to Unipol Arena, and it's also convenient for the highways and ring road. A small train a short walk away goes straight into Bologna's city center.

Everything was thought through, so we didn't miss a thing during our three days of freedom and independence in a home equipped with every comfort. The location is close to major attractions, Unipol Arena, and the Gran Reno motorway exits, among other things. Sandra is charismatic and attentive, and choosing Elly House just for the chance to meet her would be enough. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

It's a shame we could only stay one night. Everything was precise and clean, with thoughtful details and kind service. CONGRATULATIONS.
