We had a wonderful stay, and they even set up a crib for our baby. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It’s peaceful without feeling cut off, and the breakfast really is fantastic, as other reviews say. I have trouble with dairy, but they still offered a great selection, including crostata, ciambellone, and soy cappuccino. Finding the place was easy, thanks to the sign outside and the location the owner sent on WhatsApp. We’ll come back as soon as we’re in Abruzzo again!

This year Sara and her family invited us, along with friends and relatives, for pizza on a Saturday evening. Giuseppe baked a huge variety in the pizza oven on site, and every one was delicious. I’ll keep spending my holidays in Abruzzo at Agriturismo Ciuccunit. To me it’s Italy’s most beautiful region, and I’ve even been skiing here. I’ve been returning to Agriturismo Ciuccunit for about 2-3 weeks each summer for around 15-20 years. Sara, her husband Giuseppe, and her parents always make me feel warmly welcome, help whenever needed, and suggest places to eat and enjoy excellent Abruzzo cuisine. It feels like family, and I’m completely at home. The rooms are spacious and cleaned impeccably every day. Breakfast is generous and varied, with cappuccino, coffee, water, orange juice, cornetto, panini, cakes and pastries, jam, cold cuts and cheese, fruit, and yogurt. My thanks to Sara, Giuseppe, and their hosts. And always for Juve and Italy! Five stars, or more if I could give them.

We stayed just one night, but had every comfort we needed. It’s a small farmhouse, yet well stocked, and the people were so welcoming and polite! ☺️

The owner was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with a TV, fridge, hairdryer, and more. Breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious desserts!

We came to Ciuccunit expecting to stay just one night, but my family and I ended up there for four days. Sara was a big part of why: she’s thoughtful and always ready to answer questions. The breakfasts she brought out beneath the little romantic pergola are ones we won’t forget. The grounds are well kept and the rooms spotless, so we’ll definitely return. It’s also a convenient base near beautiful hilltop villages, the Maiella slopes, and the sea.
