Palazzo Manzi Terme & Spa

We spent part of our honeymoon here and wished we’d booked a longer stay. The welcome when we arrived in our room was such a lovely touch. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, answering questions and helping us visit nearby attractions. We also slept better here than anywhere else in Italy, the memory foam king beds were by far the most comfortable. The hotel itself is impeccable, with so much care put into the decor and fixtures. Breakfast had a great selection, too. I can’t say enough good things about it, and we can’t wait to return.

We felt like royalty here, and the price seemed like exceptional value for the experience. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed every service. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and the restaurant staff were just as friendly and attentive. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Nothing we asked for felt like a burden, and staff often suggested helpful things before we even asked. On our first day they offered to arrange a scooter, and one was ready outside the next morning. They handled everything, and being American was no problem. My fiancé got sick the following day, and the hotel arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room. It turned out to be travel anxiety, but the visit helped a lot and probably saved the trip. I’m still amazed they brought a doctor right to us. I’d return without hesitation and hope we can someday.

The rooms were spotless and the food was delicious every time. I’m especially grateful to the service staff, kitchen team, and waitstaff for their impressive attentiveness and care. Everyone made sure the details were right, and the warm atmosphere made my stay wonderfully pleasant. I enjoyed every moment, and the service was outstanding.

The hotel is peaceful, in a very quiet little town, and offers a shuttle to two nearby towns since the area is sleepy. Its rooftop pool is lovely, the indoor thermal pool is large, and there’s a great choice of spa treatments. The rooms and shared spaces have been beautifully refreshed, with antiques and lovely architecture. But the staff are what stood out most. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant maître d was warm and welcoming, maybe the best I’ve experienced in Italy. A big thank you to them. I wish I could give the staff more than five stars!
