The rooms feel new, they're clean and air-conditioned, and Mrs. Filomena is warm and incredibly helpful. It's also well placed for getting quickly to either the Ionian or Adriatic coast.

Friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable, clean place. Its location works well as a base for seeing lovely spots around the area, including Leuca, about a half-hour away.

The rooms are bright and roomy, and breakfast is generous, varied, and available throughout the day. The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a good position for reaching Salento's main sights.

Filomena was so kind and helpful, and I want to thank her. I recently stayed at this excellent, new, and spotless property. It's a handy base for visiting Salento, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I've been staying here for three years and have always found it very good. It's quiet and clean, and set in a strategic spot for reaching the best-known seaside resorts. Highly recommended.
