Villa D'Aquino 8+2 in Casarano

We ended up leaving a day before our planned checkout, even though we lost some of the money, because we were so uncomfortable. We'd booked seven nights, then asked to cut it to six, but the hotel insisted on charging for all seven. The family's manner was quiet, but their argumentative replies and unwillingness to adjust the booking made the situation unpleasant. The problems had started with the room: it faced parked cars and a busy main road, unlike the rooms shown online, so we had to keep the windows closed for privacy. The pool floor was covered in algae. I could have put up with that, but my wife only swam once in six days. The Wi-Fi was unstable for four days, too. We won't come back.
