Euro Hotel

Very nice, you define what matters most 🤪🎁❤️

The staff were polite and helpful, and the place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. For a short break, it works well. But compared with other four-star hotels in the area and Italy in general, it didn’t feel luxurious enough to me. If it were listed as a three-star hotel, I’d probably rate it five stars. The owners and management may have nothing to do with that gap. The breakfast buffet also needs attention for international guests: the English-style options weren’t good and didn’t look fresh. I heard similar comments from other people in the lobby.

A whisper from inside the room carries into the corridor, and the restaurant menu and breakfast don’t feel up to a four-star standard. Vegetarians especially are left with very little and are bound to feel restricted. Don’t expect service after 10 at night or on weekends. When I arrived at night, the toilet wouldn’t flush because no water was coming through. I was told nobody could deal with it until the next working day. The man at reception overnight seemed more like a guard. I don’t understand how this is a four-star hotel.

The management is awful. The air conditioners barely cooled, and there was no refrigerator or shower cabin, just a curtain. I got stuck in the elevator and dropped my phone down the shaft while panicking and trying to open the door. Getting it back cost me 100 euros for the service.
