The owner was friendly, and the price was good. Rooms are basic, but they have what you need for a stay.

Every little detail had been taken care of in this peaceful corner of paradise. We had a great time here with the children.

The setting is lovely, and the main conveniences are close by, including a bar, pizzeria, bakery, and tobacconist. Daniele was kind, charming, and ready to help, and the room was reasonably clean. But the room itself left a lot to be desired: the bed dipped in the middle, there was just one hand soap in the bathroom and none in the shower, and we had to run the sink to get hot water in the shower. We stayed two days ago. Such a shame breakfast isn't available, because the veranda is magnificent.

We only came for lunch with friends, so I can't comment on an overnight stay. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the owner was wonderful. Rooms were spotless, and the place is well kept and very quiet. It's also a good base for seeing Genoa and the surrounding area. We'll definitely return, and I highly recommend it.
