The staff were friendly, and the location is hard to beat for an early flight: you can walk to the airport. The local train station is a short walk away too, which is handy.

Hi, my flight gets into Torino late, at 23:05. Is it possible to check into the hotel then, and can you arrange an airport transfer?

That shower stall was so shaky I thought it might come down on me when I tried to shower. The tray filled up and overflowed almost into the room. When I pulled the plug, there was hair stuck to it. The toilet seat was cracked, and where the mattress base should have been, there was just a wooden board. Nightmare hotel?! Reportable!
