The view from one of the two terraces was breathtaking, looking out over Casertavecchia, the Caserta mountains, and the Royal Palace. I slept comfortably on a lovely bed and pillow, with no noise. The room is in an attic apartment, so there are no neighbors or people upstairs. The place was spotless and bright, with antiques including what looked like an old calculator from the 1980s and a beautiful wooden bookcase. After a four-hour drive, the owner greeted me perfectly, showed me to my parking spot, and offered to carry my suitcase. Inside, the atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and I felt at ease right away. He explained the Wi-Fi, smoking area, breakfast, cleaning schedule, other guests, two bathrooms, and my room. Breakfast was spectacular, with croissants, coffee, milk, yogurt, toast, jam, Nutella, and much more. The cleaner tidied my room on both days without being intrusive. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have learned to handle unpleasant experiences with hospitality, service, or comfort, but this stay exceeded my expectations by far. When I checked out, the owner again offered to carry my suitcase to the car. A wonderful stay, and I recommend it to everyone. The price was very low for the services and convenience.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and even offered a lift from the B&B to the station. Public transport around there isn't very efficient, so I appreciated it, especially as we arrived in the evening when it was cold and would otherwise have faced another 20-30 minutes on foot. I was so satisfied I'd give more than five stars if I could. The B&B is inside a gated building, so guests with cars can park safely behind the gate. Inside, it feels welcoming, with a lovely living room, open-plan kitchen, a small balcony on one side, and a long one off the kitchen that connects to our room. There was a large TV with Sky, Wi-Fi, and two bathrooms, which worked well since another nice couple was staying there and each couple had a bathroom. The furnishings were new, nicely finished, and clean.

We stayed about a year ago and really enjoyed it. The apartment had lots of space, a piano, and a big TV, and the owner was friendly. Though it's in a condominium, it was quiet, and everything was within walking distance.

The manager's helpfulness made it a great experience.
