The owner was warm and friendly, and answered all my questions by phone and WhatsApp. The place was clean and cozy, with parking available, and only a three-minute walk from Caserta station. Coffee machine, tea, mineral water, and milk were provided, and breakfast included cornetto. I had a wonderful stay, especially for the price.

Marta was a very professional, helpful, and kind host. The room was clean and cozy, with modern air conditioning. The location is great, one minute from the train station and two minutes from the palace in Caserta. A very good option for staying in Caserta, I recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The cleanliness was impeccable when I arrived, and the location is perfect, just steps from the Royal Palace and city center. The owner was so welcoming and available at any time of day, which made the stay special. I’d highly recommend it. Thank you, Marta❤️

Even for just one night, Mrs. Marta made a real impression. The B&B IL VERDI HOME is clean, and the welcome is warm and friendly. It’s also only a few hundred meters from the magnificent Royal Palace of Caserta. We’ll remember this stay and would recommend it.
