The peaceful setting and private parking made the stay convenient, and the balcony was spacious. We also had air conditioning, towels for the shower, and a courtesy kit. It's a good base for visiting the palace. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We stayed for two nights, and I thought it would be made up the next day, but even the bed wasn't made. The owner was friendly and welcoming, though, and replaced a burned-out bulb right away. I booked after reading several reviews. When traffic delayed us and a procession had closed a road in town, the owner helped by suggesting another route. I recommend the place.

My wife and I spent a weekend in the Caserta area and stayed at this lovely B&B. The owner, Giovanni, was friendly, and the breakfast was generous. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location makes it easy to get to Caserta center or explore nearby areas. We'd keep it in mind for a future stay.

The owner was so kind and friendly that I'd happily stay here again if I return to the city. The B&B is only a few minutes by car from the Royal Palace of Caserta. Our room had modern furnishings, a little balcony with a table and two chairs, and was kept spotless, including the bathroom. There's also a shared spot on the landing between the rooms with small tables, a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, and breakfast bits like rusks, pastries, and jam. The whole place is beautifully looked after and very clean.

We picked this B&B because it was close to the San Leucio viewpoint, which is a lovely place to visit in its own right. It worked well for exploring Caserta and the area, and for unwinding after a concert at the viewpoint. The owners were very kind, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We'll be back!

The quiet made it easy to relax and recharge during our Sicilian trip, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owner was there from the moment we arrived until we left.
