The location is very good, and I appreciated that Raffaele gives guests personal attention. Still, I wasn’t satisfied for the price, since a lot was missing or didn’t work. In my room the Wi-Fi, fridge, air conditioning, and Netflix on the “smart” TV were all out of order. They also didn’t tidy my room during my stay. Breakfast was very basic, with no fruit or fresh food.

The rooms are new, and you can see the old building was renovated recently. The location is strategic. My only real flaw to mention is that the ensuite bathroom has neither a window nor an extractor fan. It was fine for a two-night stay.

It’s a very nice, new property in a central location. It could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, and I’d suggest including breakfast since it’s a B&B.

Antonio and his wife, Ingrid, are simply fantastic. The place is on Caserta’s main street, about a 10-minute walk from both the Royal Palace and the train station, with the city’s best restaurants nearby. It’s in a classic building that’s been recently renovated. The spacious, comfortable rooms have beautiful bathrooms, and the property is on the fourth floor but easy to reach by elevator. Breakfast is served at a nice café 10 meters away, with a special B&B rate. Excellent value for money.

The only drawback was the poor Wi-Fi, but if I’m back in Caserta I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. B&B Murat is in Caserta’s historic center, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace and train station. Raffaele greeted me right away, and he was very helpful and meticulous. The room was cozy, clean, and soundproofed, with glass panels to block out the light. Breakfast was generous, with water and packaged products from familiar brands like Lavazza Coffee and Mulino Bianco.
