We stayed in the brand new home “Aroma” at Selvatellino residence, and every part of the hospitality was above average. The hosts are a superb couple, always ready to answer questions, and the house is spotless, one of the cleanest residences I've stayed in in Italy. Its details are just right, and the private yard looking out over the lake is breathtaking. The location is great for reaching Tuscan towns near Siena and Florence by car. Selvatellino residence is a special place on earth, with wonderful hospitality and a level of peace and quiet I haven't experienced elsewhere. The pool is very clean, with your own lounge chairs and beach umbrella if you want to relax there. I strongly recommend “Aroma” at Selvatellino Residence. I'll truly be back soon.

This is our third visit, and we'll be back again. The villas are clean and very well equipped, with some nice places to eat nearby. It's a great base for exploring Tuscany. Bill is an excellent host, available when needed while otherwise letting you get on with your stay.

A calm, great place to stay. The residents are the only ones who can use the pool, so it doesn't get overcrowded. The apartment is well equipped, and stays at a nice temperature on hot days even without A/C.

The host was unreliable. It seemed the property had been double booked, and we were asked to move to a smaller flat and have the kids share a single bed for part of our stay, while paying the same price. Bill, the host, considers this normal during "high season".

We spent 5 days here and had a wonderful time. The little house was spotless, and the place was peaceful and comfortable. The pool was a real treat, and the location is handy for visiting the loveliest villages, with Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra 30 minutes away. We'll be back.
