Breakfast came straight to the room rather than being served in a traditional breakfast room. That suited me fine, and there was plenty of it. The young woman at reception was especially friendly, helpful, and attentive. The Masaniello Hotel in Naples is well maintained, with excellent service, and being close to the airport is convenient for a short stop before or after a flight. Nearby event venues can mean events on both sides of the hotel at times. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it for a brief airport stopover.

We stayed here Sept 22 and everything was wonderful. We hadn’t eaten since morning, and although the restaurant didn’t open until 6, Luigi (owner) had a delicious antipasto made for us and prepared drinks too. The room was large and very nice, with all the amenities. Such caring, lovely people. We’d definitely stay again.

The shuttle to the airport costs less than a taxi, and the service at the hotel was excellent. It’s beside a disco, so it could be loud if you wanted to sleep early. Since the hotel is outside the city limits, airport taxis charged twice the meter amount, including their return trip to the city. It would have been nice to know that beforehand.

They helped me print important documents, and the service was excellent. I stayed one night and the room was good. It was noisy outside because of the disco, but the hotel is close to the airport. I’d stay again.

The hotel itself is nice, but the location is awful if you want quiet or an easy trip to the airport. It gets really noisy at night, and the event venue next door only adds to it.
