The room itself was nice, and we only stayed one night, but I realized after getting home that I’d left something behind. When I called to ask whether the cleaner might have found it, the receptionist said, “I don’t know,” and hung up. I tried again, then called once more. Each time he hung up, and on the last call he did so as soon as I introduced myself. That was the worst customer service. I’d take my money elsewhere.

The food, room, and staff were all great. I’d happily return anytime, as long as Angela is cooking 😁.

It’s clean and tidy, and being near the airport is handy. Dinner didn’t impress me much, though, especially the food and wine.
