Rolling Hotel

The staff were friendly, capable, attentive, and very helpful throughout our four-night Christmas stay. Breakfast had a good variety, and the bar was always open. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens every day, and the hotel was well kept. Great value for money. The soundproofing could be better, both between rooms and against outside noise. I asked the front desk at Sunrise Hotel in Casoria to call a taxi to the airport this morning. The ride took 10-15 minutes, but I was charged €50. That felt completely out of proportion. I know the hotel doesn’t run the taxis itself, but calling or recommending a service with such high fares without warning guests is unacceptable, especially when you’re not local and rely on the hotel. It was a very bad experience. I won’t stay there again or use their recommended taxis. It’s a shame, because losing a customer’s trust takes so little.

The location was excellent, about five minutes from the highway exit and airport, with a shopping center across the road. It stays open until midnight and has two pizzerias. The rooms were new and spotless, and there’s a secure garage included in the price. Breakfast was excellent, with options for special diets. The staff were helpful and always smiling.

It’s near the airport, but the stay was awful. The room was decent, though the mattresses were hard, the bathroom water was cold, and the shower had no hot water. I barely slept because the reception phone kept ringing during the night. Breakfast choices were limited. For a hotel that should be four stars, I’d give it only one.
