Manuela gave my wife and me a fantastic pasta-making and cooking session. She was patient and full of useful information, and made the lesson feel homely while teaching us some local pasta varieties. We had a delicious meal with local wine and burrata afterward. A truly local experience, highly recommended. Thanks, Manuela!

Manuela is a fantastic host, really helpful and full of local knowledge. She gave us ideas for possible itineraries from here. The house is in a peaceful spot, away from the town’s bustle, and makes a good base for exploring Puglia and nearby areas. Matera and Alberobello are very close by car, and Bari, Polignano a Mare, and Altamura are also easy to visit. We’ll definitely come back soon.

We stayed three nights and loved the calm countryside setting Manuela has created, with cats and chickens around. Ask her for ideas on exploring this part of Puglia, and she’ll point you toward lovely places and restaurants, even around Bari airport. We were unsure about the cultural food tour at first, but booked it and had a great time. There was so much to see, meet, learn, and taste, and Manuela showed us around and took care of everything in her own personal, passionate way. Her pasta workshop was just as enjoyable, with typical food and drinks, facts about Puglia’s food, and plenty of humor. Grazie mille, Manuela, for sharing your place and Puglia with us.
