The owners are warm and easy to reach if anything comes up. The suites feel luxurious, and everything was clean and comfortable.

The room smelled damp, the bathtub was very dirty, and the fridge was noisy. The bigger problem was paying on arrival: I was told to pay there, but I didn't have enough cash, so I asked to use a card. After several excuses, I was suddenly told there was no POS, even though I understood one was legally required and that not having one could bring sanctions. I then asked for a bank account so I could make an instant transfer in front of the person who welcomed me. I was told I could only do that through Postepay Evolution and that instant transfers weren't possible. The owner sent me threatening voice messages and got nervous. I sent her the CRO number so the transfer could be tracked, but her behavior upset me so much that I intend to pursue the matter over this inconvenience.

The staff were so kind, and it was peaceful there. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, including a big, comfortable tub. I'll be back!
