The staff were very kind and helpful with directions and suggestions for places to see in the city. The hotel is a short way from Verona and fairly easy to reach by car or public transport. Its building has an interesting past as a residence for agricultural workers. I wish there had been some old photos and a little information about the farm that used to be here. Breakfast was excellent, and the friendly Brazilian employee serving it deserves a special mention.

We loved the people at Hotel La Caporala and would choose it again if we visit the area. The owners were gracious hosts who did their best to provide whatever we needed and make us feel welcome. Reception staff were always smiling, polite, and friendly, and everyone from housekeeping to the woman in the breakfast lounge paid attention to our needs. The room was spacious, very clean, and seemed brand new, with a lovely view of the garden out front. The bathroom was modern, large enough, and clean too. The parking area is spacious and secure. Its gates close at night, and you need your room key card to get in, which made us feel better about leaving the car there. I also enjoyed looking out over the peaceful green garden at the back while having breakfast. The hotel is close to Verona and Lake Garda, so I'd recommend it to anyone planning a trip around there. Sending my best wishes to everyone at the hotel. We really loved them.

Nice rooms, a good breakfast, and friendly people who gave us useful tips for a pleasant stay. It's a great value, just a few minutes from the town center. Renting a car would be better, so you can enjoy the drive.

Getting to Verona and the nearby cities was easy for us by car. We also got to try the newly built swimming pool, which was fantastic. This was our second time at La Caporala, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The owners run the hotel and, along with the staff, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The property feels brand new and was impeccably clean.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. We were on a cycling trip, and the location worked as a stopping point, even though there's not much particularly close by. One thing to know: despite the name La Caporala, the hotel entrance is on Via Gioacchino Rossini, not Via Caporala. The modern hotel is still quite new, and they had a secure room where we could store our bicycles. There's no restaurant, but they serve a good breakfast buffet in a large, attractive dining room. I appreciated that nondairy milk was available.
