The family takes real pride in running this hotel and restaurant and giving guests a good experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and standard, and the location just outside central Castel di Sangro is convenient, with less traffic and easy access to gas stations and main roads. There are more amenities than you’d usually find in a hotel around here, including a gym, full restaurant and bar, and banquet room. The pizza is fantastic. The restaurant is verified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, and it’s the only one in Castel di Sangro with that verification. Great place to stay, we’ll be back!

We loved staying here. The hotel is conveniently close to anything you might need, and the room was comfortable and well maintained each day. The family-run service was professional and courteous. The attached restaurant’s food is absolutely divine. Definitely recommend Hotel La Fenice!

I went for dinner with my two little kids, aged 4 and 2. We waited over 40 minutes for a regular pizza, while guests who arrived after us got theirs in five minutes because they were friends with the chef.
