For a three-star hotel, the service really needs work. My room was clean and acceptable, but it had been left open when I arrived, which made me concerned about security. The receptionist couldn't speak English, so basic communication was difficult. Breakfast wasn't available when I asked to add it, and I couldn't get a glass of hot water for tea either. It was winter, and the heating was off at first. I had to ask reception to turn it on. Given the service, location and three-star rating, the price felt far too high.

Hotels in Italy cost a lot, so I didn't find this place expensive. It's small, but I slept well and the curtains kept the room dark enough that I couldn't tell the time. It's decent and has what you need, as long as you're not expecting a ten-star hotel. I don't get all the negative reviews. Grazie ragazzi.

We had 15 rooms for our party, and the air conditioning wasn't working in any of them. The windows wouldn't open, and staff were rude when we asked about the problems. Breakfast was just coffee and one cake. They then tried to charge €10 for a coffee and a piece of bread, with no meat or cheese, and also tried to charge for a bottle of water I'd brought downstairs after paying for it the night before. We went to McDonald's on Sunday. At 3.00 on Saturday night, when we came in, bread and cakes for the morning were already sitting on the table with flies all over them. Staff told us they have problems with ants, and it felt like they charge guests whatever they want for food and drinks. I wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely place, and you get a good welcome for what you pay. Buses can take you wherever you want to go, or you can take a taxi.

The room was tiny, with a single bed and a cramped shower. There's no minibar, the TV is too small, and Wi-Fi costs by the hour.
