We had everything we needed, and the rooms were so clean and neat. I went with my family and loved the whole stay. There’s a big garden too, handy if you’re bringing a dog. We’ll definitely return.

Lucia, who manages the place, was warm, attentive, and kind, and the service was perfect. We stayed for six days over New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully cared for and has a distinctive feel, with several new houses and apartments that are well finished and equipped with every comfort. The mountain views are stunning, and a ten-minute walk takes you to the village, where you can look out over the whole valley and the lake below. Roccaraso’s ski slopes are also convenient to reach, about 20-30 minutes away. It was a wonderful discovery, and we’ll definitely come back.

Assunta welcomed us for our weekend stay at the end of May, gave us tips on places to visit, and did her best to meet our requests. We had a great time.

The house was a real highlight, spacious and welcoming, with care put into the smallest details. Everything was spotless, fragrant, and well organized, and you could tell hygiene and guest comfort mattered. The kitchen had all sorts of dishes, utensils, and accessories, so cooking for ourselves was easy and felt just like home. Pans, cutlery, glasses, ceramic plates, everything was there and in excellent condition. We spent Easter and Easter Monday at Borgo Donna Teresa and came away full of gratitude. It’s a peaceful escape from the noise and rush of daily life, with fresh air, restorative quiet, and breathtaking views that make it easy to relax and recharge. The outdoor areas are well kept and quiet too, lovely for sitting in the sun, reading, or simply enjoying the scenery. There’s a real sense of serenity here. It’s a great natural retreat if you want comfort, style, and practicality as well. We felt looked after in every way, and we’ll definitely return.
