We spent a weekend here at the end of January, and Mr. Marco was so kind and helpful. When a problem came up at the house, he came straight over to help, even though it was dinner time. He recommended a pizzeria and gave us an extra discount for staying with him, and even brought a delicious cake for one of our birthdays! The new, welcoming house has plenty of supplies, including dishes, a pod coffee maker, kettle, tea bags, water, and more. I’d recommend a stay here. Castelbuono is a very typical village, and you can also try Fiasconaro panettone.

It’s a basic apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a living and dining room and a few other small rooms.

The historic center is just steps away, and parking is easy. The place is spotless and well equipped with what you need. The rooms are large and bright, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Marco keeps everything well managed and is always kind and helpful. A great spot to find some peace in a unique village full of history.

A lovely experience. The place is welcoming, has everything you need, and the owners are very kind. I recommend booking this B&B if you’re visiting the area.

La Grua House makes a great base for exploring the Madonie Mountains. It combines the warmth of Sicilian hospitality with a convenient location in the medieval village of Castelbuono, and feels like more than just somewhere to sleep.
