Getting to the beach or train station on foot felt dangerous. There's no sidewalk, so you walk alongside the cars, and on the way to the beach we saw dead animals and snakes. The host never told us we'd need a car. The Airbnb listing says Palermo is 15 minutes away and Cefalu 25 minutes, but, as my photos show, that's a lie. We couldn't sleep for a week because the beds were horrible. There are automatic lights in the kitchen and living room, and outside the house. If you sleep on the couch, you can't shut the windows and sleep properly. This was a real scam. Stay away and keep safe. We reported this dangerous place to Airbnb.

Great for a family or a solo stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and organized, and the owners are always available and attentive to what their guests need. Highly recommended.

The sea is wonderful and just a short walk away, with both pebbly and sandy stretches. The property itself was fantastic, and we'll be back.
