Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace, and it was excellent and plentiful. Matteo and Mrs. Annamaria were incredibly helpful and kind about everything. We spent a week at Villa Rea, a house tucked among greenery with a beautiful view. The room had all the basic things we needed, including a fridge, TV, and air conditioning. It's also very convenient for getting to the main beaches around Conero. We'll definitely be back!

We slept soundly here, with a comfortable, cozy room and quiet nights. Villa Rea is a lovely building at the foot of Castelfidardo, and the Conero beaches are about 20-30 minutes away. Matteo and his mother were very kind and accommodating, and the stay was excellent value for money.

Matteo was always ready with excellent advice, and Annamaria made our holiday even nicer with the excellent breakfasts she prepared each morning. The owners are incredibly kind. Villa Rea is in a handy spot for getting to both the beaches and nearby towns.
