The room is bright and pleasant, and the bathroom is too. I only had a few small gripes: the TV felt small for the room and had few national channels, the curtain let in too much morning light, the mattress was a bit too soft, and the pillows gave no support. The location is excellent, right by the beach, with the entrance on the main street. The quiet, friendly, easy-going host pointed me to a secure parking lot about 300 meters away, on the inland side near the main road. There's also a municipal lot around the corner, though it's more expensive. The price seemed fair, but breakfast is at the bar downstairs and not everything is included. I found that a bit shabby, especially if you're used to loading up at a breakfast buffet.

Breakfast comes with the price through a partnership with Oliver bar. The graffa/ciambella is excellent, and eating in the square early in the morning under the shade of the centuries-old pines, with sea air mixing with the scent of the local hills, is wonderful. The location is central and strategic, at the start of the main street, facing the sea and near the parking lots. The rooms are clean and practical, with views of either the sea or the village. In the first room, a shower cabin should be added, since the fixed overhead shower is inconvenient for women who don't want to wash their hair every day. Simone, his mother, and his sister are always very kind. It's a pity they only have two rooms.

I had such a lovely stay that this has become my go-to B&B. Everyone was super friendly, the rooms beautiful and spotless, and the sea views spectacular. I booked the sea-view room, which is stunning and my favorite. The location is excellent, right in the center.

Mr. Simone was especially kind and helpful. The B&B is in the little square of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a few meters from the beach and all the main attractions. My sea-view room was spectacular, newly furnished, and impeccably clean. Highly recommended!
