Very Good Featured review

The location is fantastic, but I won’t be coming back. I’m not convinced the positive Google reviews are genuine. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs major investment. The buildings and rooms feel old-fashioned, and basic things are missing, from soap to a toothbrush cup. There was just one power socket in the whole room. Towels were changed every three days, even when they were dirty. The maintenance team seemed under constant pressure to fix or replace things guests reported as broken. The food was very basic.

The room had about five beds, but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very dirty. The air conditioning only ran at certain times set by the hotel, and breakfast finished at 9:30 am. Worst hotel ever.

Everything felt old, dirty, or broken, and the hotel was in very poor condition. Air conditioning was switched off for every room during part of the day, so it only worked for a few hours. Worst hotel ever!

The booking website is a complete nightmare. The staff speak only Italian and seemed very unwilling to help.
