The biggest problem was having no network coverage inside the house. There were zero bars, only emergency calls, and the Wi-Fi barely worked, only at the building entrance about 50 meters away. I had to go outside every time I wanted to message or call someone. The pool had a beautiful sea view, but it was neglected: the water wasn't being recycled, the motor didn't work, and it was filled with a basic hose attached to a fountain. Umbrellas were broken, loungers and tables were dirty, and the area hadn't been cleaned outside. Mosquitoes and flies were constantly around, and we even saw mice at times. There were other issues too. The TV signal kept cutting in and out, and I could only watch RAI. The electrical outlets were weak and needed maintenance to prevent leaks. Water leaked from both the shower and bidet. The house itself was cleaned very well at the start, though the outside wasn't, and the housekeeper came every three days to change the linens and soaps. The pool still had that lovely view, and the place was close to town. Poor value for money.

The cottages were spotless, equipped with everything we needed, and all in working order. The place was organized well and kept very clean, with a swimming pool that was also super clean and had a stunning panoramic view. We spent two days in total relaxation and quiet. Mr. Nicola welcomed us. He's an older man and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this for families. The price also includes beach access with an umbrella and two loungers, plus shuttle service.

You need to enjoy the camping style to really appreciate this residence. The bungalows are fully equipped, from the bathroom and kitchen to the dishes and everything else. The whole village is quiet, and the pool is lovely for relaxing. Beach service through Camping Silvia is included in the price and is excellent. The residence staff are super friendly and helpful.

Nicola greeted us and showed us our room, and there's a handy shuttle to the "Silvia Village" beach during your stay. The room has the basics: a bedroom with wardrobe, small kitchen with fridge and table, and a bathroom with shower. Sheets, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. Outside there's a little table and chairs, plus a deckchair and beach lounger. Bring mosquito repellent if you want to eat outdoors. We had a lovely weekend here. The pool has a great sea view and can be used on your last day, though beach access isn't included that day. My main complaint was the lack of a proper place to get lunch on the beach, since the bar only sells packaged food and coffee. There's no bar at the pool either, which isn't very convenient. The parking area in front of the room or apartment also needs paving so tires don't get stuck. Otherwise, we had a good time.
