Residenza D'Epoca 1861

We stayed in a second-floor suite, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful with restaurant, boat tour, and parking recommendations. The building is beautiful, dating from the 19th century, with lovely architectural details. Our suite had high ceilings, balconies off both the sitting room and bedroom facing the sea, and a spacious, airy bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional and served across from the building on the lungomare. The hotel is right by the sea, with no car traffic in front, which is usually the case, and there's a great lido next door. I highly recommend Lido Santa Maria. Plenty of restaurants are an easy walk away. The hotel's bar serves a fantastic aperitivo, with excellent cocktails and an assortment of snacks. It's a perfect spot for those incredible sunsets. I'd recommend the hotel without hesitation. Just be aware there's no elevator, though if you can manage the stairs, the staff are happy to help with luggage.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I ate at its sidewalk restaurant. The view was spectacular, the food delicious, and the service excellent. It was wonderful.

The staff were lovely, and the location, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. The rooms are bright, clean, and unique. Since it's on a pedestrian street, arrange ahead of time to drop off luggage and park. There's no elevator, so you need to be able to use the stairs.

The restaurant alone makes this little historic hotel worth recommending. It serves some of the area's best food, with really high-quality cooking. The place itself is lovely and sits in a beautiful spot, and the staff take great care of you without hovering.
