The setting is enchanting and the location feels like a dream, and there are people here who do their jobs well. Andrea is helpful and straightforward, his wife is super efficient, and Raffaele is a great worker with a knack for things, in a good way. But unclear information causes confusion, and customers need to be treated with respect and served as agreed in the reservations. Breakfast definitely needs work, and I’ll leave the parking issue there. The biggest problem for me was the reduced space on the beach. I’m not someone who insists on the front row, and we were only put there one day. The other days, some families were rude and showed no consideration for the disabled person next to them. The beach team had a duckling-like character as its captain, manipulating the lifeguards and acting like he ran the place. I’ll stop there. We all kept quiet, and when silence takes over, ignorance sinks in. I’ll be honest, as always. We Campanians can be like that, taking everything to heart, inspired by a film that I think gets overplayed, Welcome to the South.
