We were six and had a lovely stay. The owner was incredibly kind and immediately available whenever anything came up. The house is spacious, clean, and has every comfort, plus a large, bright terrace overlooking the sea. It’s in the heart of Castellammare, just a short walk from the center and close to essentials like supermarkets, the post office, bars, and restaurants. An impeccable host and a vacation we’re very happy with. Highly recommended!

Licia gave us a warm welcome and took time to share interesting tips about the city and nearby towns. The room is comfortable, though not new, and there’s a small balcony for drying wet clothes after a swim. You can park on the street, but some of the narrow lanes are quite tight to drive through. After a meal, the charming, lively center is perfect for a short stroll.

The owner was very friendly, and the rooms felt spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. But the bed wasn’t comfortable, maybe because of the springs, and I was awake all night. In my room, the refrigerator’s fan was too noisy to leave on.

Licia’s recommendations were consistently spot on, and we got to see a lot of the area thanks to her. We stayed for 15 days, with spotless rooms and an excellent, generous breakfast. The town is a disaster to drive around, though parking right outside was usually easy to find. We had a nice little balcony and a functional, modern bathroom. The room also came with a beautiful sea view, and the owner was very friendly. If you ask, you can get good coffee in the morning.
