We had a good week here and would come back. It's a practical, decent place and good value if you're exploring West Sicily by car. The host was very kind, and communication was prompt and clear. The gardens are lush, with pomegranate, cactus and other fruit you can pick. It's peaceful, though the countryside sounds include cats, dogs, foxes, owls and perhaps neighbors. The cats and dogs are friendly company if you enjoy animals. The road gets rough in places, but it isn't terrible, and any car should manage it. Coming from the Balkans, we weren't surprised by the road. A few things need attention: the air conditioner smelled bad, so we didn't use it, all the nonstick pans were damaged, and the shower head wasn't good. A little investment could really improve the place.

Those little gardens and olive groves nearby are a joy to walk through. We also spent time exploring the surrounding hills, even crossing the mountain on an old dirt track. Mornings meant a peaceful breakfast with the dogs, and we took evening walks with them too. If you visit, take in the countryside and its slower pace instead of focusing on the city. I hope the area stays this way and doesn't fill up with more holiday homes.

Francesco was a great host, and our room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A beautiful base for exploring the area. Ciao!

The apartment is comfortable, and the little terrace is a lovely spot to sit outside and watch the sunset. The place is surrounded by greenery and has four delightful dogs: Luce Dora, Bimbo, and Pablito. We were happy to return to this magnificent property, where everything is kept impeccably clean and cared for. The owners, Francesco and Angela, gave us such a warm, attentive welcome. You can see how much care and love they put into every detail. Thank you, and see you soon for another relaxing stay.

There's a bit of a tough road to reach this charming property, but the comfortable house has everything you need, and Angela and Francesco are exceptionally kind. The place has several apartments set among greenery. If the owners' affectionate “beasts” greet you when you arrive, don't worry, they're just after a cuddle. The local stray cats are hoping for a little food. Highly recommended!
