The pool area was lovely, though drinks there felt very overpriced. Still, the apartment itself was quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious, and had gorgeous sea views from a huge balcony. It was well equipped, with thoughtful basics like washing-up liquid and a sponge. Recycling was easy with the color-coded bins. The location worked really well, with anything we wanted close by on foot. Reception staff were friendly, and checking in was straightforward. We were missing an iron and ironing board at first, but reception brought them when we asked. A couple of wine glasses would also have been handy, since there were only little water glasses. There were no coffee pods included, so we had to buy them at reception or from the dispensers in the entrance hall beneath the apartment. The fridge only had one small can of water on arrival; a bottle or a couple of cans would have been nicer. Those details kept it from being perfect, but I can’t fault the apartment otherwise. It’s a beautiful place and area, and I’d happily recommend it and come back.

Breakfast had loads of choice and was served in a pleasant dining room, and the pool came with an incredible sea view and a useful bar. We spent a lovely week in a studio apartment that was spotless and had everything we needed, including a good-sized balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is ideally placed, just an easy walk from the center of this delightful resort. Housekeeping came every day, and the staff were polite and so helpful throughout our stay at Marina di Petrolo. We’ll be back! 🙏

We’d be glad to come back and recommend the place. It’s roughly a 20-minute walk to the beach, with a gas station nearby. Breakfast was a real treat, with scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, fresh bread, vegetables, fruit, and quality Italian cold cuts, all served in a restaurant with a breathtaking view. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a kitchenette, coffee maker, and kettle. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were fresh towels and a full set of toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and bar soap. Free parking and regular cleaning with towel changes were big pluses.

The village location was good, and the apartment was lovely. The pool was great too, and breakfast came with wonderful views and was really good.
