The villa worked well for our family of (5), and the location was wonderful, near restaurants and beaches. The pool was a good size for someone learning to swim, or just for a quick dip to cool off. My only complaints were that there weren't enough bowls or enough BBQ equipment, which says a lot about how lovely the place was.

Mrs. Giovanna welcomed us with typical desserts from Alcamo and was very kind, helpful, and polite. We stayed in the villa for a week and found it perfectly clean, peaceful, and functional, with every comfort. The furnishings are a little dated, but the private pool, grill, and sundeck are fabulous, surrounded by olive trees. From the house it's a 10 minute walk to the entrance to the gypsy reserve, and about the same in the other direction to Scopolo tower and the village, where there are lots of restaurants and bars for a nice evening. It's also well placed for visiting Vito lo Capo, the gypsy reserve, Castellammare del Golfo, the salt pans of Trapani, Erice, and Segesta. We'll be back!!!!

The house was spacious and bright, and we got a warm welcome. It's in a quiet area but well placed for getting to the loveliest beaches in western Sicily. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it.

A superb villa with every comfort. Guiseppina was always generous with advice, and helped us when we had a flat tire by calling the breakdown service and a mechanic. Thanks again, Guiseppina, for your kindness and helpful tips.
