Riva Sea Apartments

Some reviews are really subjective, and a few may not even be from real people, so be careful. We rented this place based on what we'd read, but there were lots of ants in our apartment and we had to clean them up ourselves. Our neighbors said they had ants in their apartment too, and had to put their luggage outside. If you rent here, don't leave your luggage on the floor. The place isn't as fully renovated as the photos make it look. There was mold in the bathroom shower, it was old, and the bed's mattress had no support left. I'm surprised they still keep it. For the price, it wasn't worth the money, and you could get better in the area. There are some good points: the beach and a small grocery store are only a few minutes' walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped, though you have to pay for laundry. We did complain about the ants, and they gave us a product and offered to clean the apartment.
