Villa Baialuce a stone's throw from the Faraglioni and the Zingaro Reserve

A very welcoming, well equipped house, with a spectacular sea view above all.

A large parking lot, a private cove, wonderful water, and so much quiet. Excellent.

The view from this villa is stunning, and its location is handy, but I expected a lot more. The large verandas were poorly maintained. We had to call for the house to be cleaned after arriving, and it was still in awful shape, especially the bathrooms. The air conditioning also failed in some rooms. One living room door leading to a veranda wouldn’t open; the owner said someone would come the next day, but nobody did. And there is no private bay, despite that being advertised.

The sea and the view are fantastic, but the resort feels run-down and past its best. There’s no air conditioning, and the facilities aren’t great. For 10 people, the two very small bathrooms share just one shower.
