The staff made a stressful situation easy to deal with. A third-party booking site had reserved the wrong room because its pictures were incorrect, but they promptly moved us to the right room without charging extra. Later in our trip, we were stranded in a dangerous, remote area late at night. One call was all it took for staff to come pick us up by car, quickly and safely. We were so grateful for their care. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard, with lovely furnishings, bedding, and facilities. The location was very convenient too. This was easily the best place we’ve ever stayed, and we won’t forget the experience.

The property itself is nice, but the way we were treated was awful. I paid €170 in advance by bank transfer, including the commission. The booking was between November 31st and November 1st, both red days, and although I sent an instant transfer, my bank didn’t credit it the next day because of the holiday. I then booked another room for €300, spoke politely with the owner’s wife, and was available to answer her questions. Even after I brought them cash, they called me a scammer and threatened to come to my home and involve my family. They made fools of themselves. Terrible people. I’ll never go back.
