We really appreciate all the kindness Antonio showed us. I broke my ankle in pompeii that day, and he found a wheelchair for me. He also helped park our car during an emergency. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had excellent facilities. Thank you, Antonio. We'll be back and will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends.

The apartment is on the fifth floor, but there's a lift. It's very clean and close to the train station, and check-in, the stay, and departure all went smoothly. The gentleman who welcomed us was helpful and kind. Recommended if you want to stay in Castellammare.

At first everything seemed good. But after we'd paid for everything, Mr. Antonio came out into the street and demanded money for a parking space that was supposed to be included. They had offered it, and nobody had told us there would be a charge. He asked for the money right there in front of my daughters and didn't give us a receipt. Shameful.

There was even fresh water in the bright, spacious room. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the seafront, and the stay was very good value for money.

Antonio at reception was so helpful and friendly, and having a garage was really useful. The apartment has been renovated with new furniture and is in a handy spot near the Circumvesuviana stop and not far from the seafront. It’s a really nice place and I’d recommend it, though the room cleanliness could be a bit better.
