The setting among the Chianti vineyards is beautiful and peaceful, and the private garden was lovely. This is a small, family-run agriturismo, with a clean, well-equipped house and a really friendly, helpful family. We tried the wine tasting and loved the wines. The olive oil and honey were very good too. The beds felt a little hard for us, though we slept well. You can hear some noise because the old houses aren’t well insulated. We’d absolutely come back.

The approach is a bit out of the way, along a dirt road, but once there everything felt perfect. The bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and wonderful garden were all great, and the people who own the place are wonderful too. A real gem 💎, highly recommended.

We were made to feel completely at home by the warm, welcoming hosts. It has a cozy, family-run feel, and the property was very clean, with a lovely, idyllic pool area. We spent three nights at this lovely agriturismo and highly recommend it.

We spent six very pleasant days at Il Poderino, a wonderfully quiet winery. Getting there means taking two unpaved roads, about 600 m and 1.2 km long. A note for cars with low clearance: the roads have dips, and the underside may hit the ground several times. We loved the unheated pool, especially before breakfast. By Italian standards, breakfast was plentiful: several varieties, ham, cheese, yogurt, a large fruit basket, 3-4 kinds of cake, and excellent coffee. The family prepared and served it all with care. My wife and I also set off on several mountain bike rides from there and discovered how wonderful Tuscany is for cycling. We highly recommend it.
