La Buca

The host was so welcoming, and we’d be very happy to return. This was one of the most distinctive places we’ve stayed, full of character from the antique furniture and paintings to the old traditional kitchen. There’s plenty to look at, but it never feels cluttered. The garden is beautifully kept and makes the setting especially peaceful. The bathroom was spotless, and the beds and sanitary fittings were new and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade products.

We had such a good stay at La Buca, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was great, and the B&B exceeded what we expected. Andra, Mauro, and little dog Oliver made us feel at home, like family. Each morning the rooster woke us naturally, then Andra made a lovely breakfast with fresh marmelades, pancakes, coffee, and more. We don’t speak Italian, so communication could be a little challenging, but Andra still suggested nice places to visit. Mauro also showed us around his own Acetaia factory. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The grounds are spectacular, and there are lots of very good restaurants nearby. This is a quaint B&B with wonderful views and an exceptional homemade breakfast. Andra and Mauro are lovely and make you feel at home. You can also buy jams and balsamic vinegar made at La Buca.

Andra was so comforting, and we loved the wonderful breakfast. If you want a distinctive Italian holiday, this is a lovely place to go. Arrivederci Pia & Julian
