La Baita D Oro Ristorante Residence

I was left waiting in the rain both to check in and to check out, until someone finally appeared. When they did, they made me feel like a hassle. After check-in the staff all left, so there was nobody to call, and nobody once asked if I needed anything, how my stay was, or even how my day had gone. The walls were so thin I could hear the group next door until 1am. I hate this place; I don’t care how good people say the restaurant is. Also, none of the rooms have a mountain view.

The food and wine were great, and the service was good too. A great place.

It’s popular enough that you need to book for weekends, but the drive is definitely worth it. A traditional meal or a mushroom dish would be a good choice at this restaurant in the Appennini Reggiani.

The food was fantastic, and the location was great. I also had a nice room and attentive service. Seriously, I’ve only had an experience like this a few times in my life. Totally recommend it!
