L'Aiolina

Cooking with Cristina and Massimo at Aiolina in July 2025 was one of the highlights of our family holiday. Cristina led a fun, inclusive few hours in the kitchen, and afterward we had a top-notch meal we’d helped make. Our kids, aged 13, 9 & 6, were all involved and had a great time. The villa is stunning, in an idyllic setting for a day like this. It also looks like a brilliant place to stay. I’d fully recommend it.

Massimiliano and Christina made us feel at home and were full of helpful ideas for exploring the area. Their vineyard wine was outstanding. The rooms were tastefully done, with rustic character and modern comfort, and the property sits among Tuscan hills, vineyards, and olive groves. Our stay at this Chianti Classico countryside gem felt magical, like being in a postcard. For a warm, beautiful, authentic Tuscan experience, I highly recommend it.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful, the view was amazing, and there are lots of wonderful places nearby. Worth every penny.

The pool was lovely on hot summer days, and it was fun chatting with other guests about their travels. Massimiliano gave us some zucchini for the bbq, and they were the best we’ve ever eaten. Our apartment for four was spacious, and the fan helped us sleep at night. We saw 3 deer, 8 wild boar, and 2 pheasants in the quiet surroundings, with inspiring views all around. Siena and the Palio are a must. There are 6 lovely apartments, and Christina and Massimiliano were excellent hosts, always available and helpful with information. The website has all the details you need. Chianti at its best, and 5 stars from us. Thanks for an awesome holiday.
