Mario and his mother Philomena, a genuine Italian Mama, were outstanding hosts, and it was a great deal for the price. My family and I loved our summer 2014 stay at "La Pergola Del Chianti" in Vagliagli. It's not to far from Sienna, and a perfect base for seeing the marvelous Chianti Classico area. Highly recommended!

The owners were very friendly, and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. It stayed pleasantly cool in summer and was tucked away in picturesque surroundings. The pool was well cared for, with comfortable loungers, and there was free parking right outside.
