Alberto and Patrizia made us feel right at home, and I'd definitely come back. Chiusa della Vasca gets the balance of comfort and elegance just right. The spacious, individually designed rooms open onto a big garden facing the medieval Abbey of Farfa. There's also a pool for hot summer days, and breakfast has everything you could want, plus more. The Sabina hills are beautiful, though less known than Tuscany or Umbria for an Italian countryside stay. Here, surrounded by olive groves and historic villages, you're only half an hour from Rome and get to experience a more authentic part of Italy. Thank you!

Each room has a name that gives it its own theme, and they're all clean and carefully looked after. You get a private entrance from the garden, plus your own table and chairs. The pool among the olive trees is something special. It's a peaceful place in an olive grove with lovely views, and the owners gave us an incredibly kind welcome. Highly recommend.
