B&B Da Mimi

The worst B&B experience I've had. After four days, the shared bathroom still hadn't been cleaned. I ended up buying hand sanitizer and cleaning it myself. We weren't allowed to make tea in the kitchen either. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8, but we had to wait for the owner to get up and come downstairs to prepare it, even though we could easily have put out the juice, yogurt, and a couple of snacks ourselves. We went a whole day without toilet paper, despite texting to ask for some, and had to wait until the following day. The owner lives upstairs, but would leave in the morning and not return until late at night. Pets were allowed in a 9m2 room, yet we were told off because our dog shed hair. Of course dogs shed, and in such a small room that hadn't been cleaned, there was bound to be plenty on the floor after four days. Anyone with a dog knows that. What I can't accept is being complained at about dog hair when a bathroom used by several people hasn't been cleaned for four days. I've stayed at many B&Bs and never met an owner less welcoming than this one. She seemed to understand business, but not the hospitality that goes with it.
