The shuttle drivers were always prompt, courteous, and helpful, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Our rooms were consistently clean and well maintained. The female receptionists were attentive and professional, though the male receptionist was less so. The pool water at 38 degrees was perfect. We've enjoyed this hotel over the years, but this stay left mixed impressions, especially around dinner and ski rental. In past years, arrival night meant a generous buffet that helped us settle in after traveling. This time, we were faced with a course menu and had to make choices, which was confusing right after check-in. Some dish names were misleading. “Tiramisu” sounded like the classic Italian dessert, but the version served was customized and didn't resemble traditional tiramisu. The fish smelled, and the beef was tough. Food quality seemed lower than before, perhaps because of a change in kitchen staff. The latte macchiato tasted different each morning, which was disappointing. We also had several different servers over the week, making it hard to know whom to tip. A large family nearby played loud music and talked loudly during dinner. The ski rental equipment felt outdated and low quality compared with other rentals.

The sauna rituals were a lovely finishing touch and made our stay feel special. It's a beautiful hotel with truly friendly staff, excellent food, and a huge spa. The free shuttle to and from the ski centers made getting around very convenient.

You can see the stars so clearly at night from their heated pool, which is complimentary. I missed my bus when I was leaving, but the hotel owner personally drove me so I could catch it and stay on schedule. A wonderful experience all around. I'll be back. Grazie millie!

The owners clearly pay close attention to the property, with care visible in every corner. The setting is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I had a lovely stay that exceeded my expectations, and I'll recommend it to friends and family. I hope to return soon.
