After a long day on the slopes, I really enjoy using the indoor pool. The food is amazing, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are great. The hotel is ideally located in the quaint town of Kastelruth. I love this town.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and I slept comfortably, though the pillows weren’t great. Dinner was good, and the staff were friendly, if sometimes a little distracted. A very nice place to stay.

We hardly used the car because the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The underground garage was handy in the cold, and the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Our rooms were spacious and quiet, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with refined dishes each time. There’s a small hot tub that’s much in demand, which was the only drawback for us. Otherwise, the sauna, pool, and relaxation area were all good. We had a great few days and would recommend it, and happily come back.

We woke up to a beautiful view, had a perfect dinner, and enjoyed the sauna. The service was the standout. Since we don’t speak Italian or German, the staff thoughtfully gave us a handwritten menu in English. Love you all!

There are parking spaces and garage spots available. This is a small, clean, relaxed family-run hotel with country house decor. The new sauna area, relaxation rooms, and pool are very clean and well maintained. The old sauna area looked like it needed renovation, though it wasn’t in use.
